At present, the volume of brakes on the market is generally too large and heavy, which may have some drawbacks when applied to robotic arms. Currently, Han Dong Machinery has developed two sets of solutions for robotic arm braking:

1. Considering the needs of precise positioning and aesthetics, Han Dong Mechanical Clutch began to enter the work of the robotic arm. By utilizing the characteristics of the clutch itself, the installation method was changed to achieve braking effect and serve as a brake.

2. Han Dong Machinery has developed a lightweight and small toothed brake based on the demand of the robotic arm for the brake. It uses the end face teeth to brake, which is not easy to slip, has a large braking torque, and has no slip. Both braking and release are completed in an instant, achieving precise positioning. The end face teeth adopt special technology, with high strength, good wear resistance, and long service life. Normally closed design for greater safety.
